By booking a service with Relax Spa Massage Center you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our services

We provide professional, strictly non-sexual therapeutic massage and wellness services at customers' homes (in supported areas) and at our designated spa location. Massage is not a medical treatment and does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a qualified medical professional.

2. Bookings

• Bookings are made online and require email verification by one-time code.
• A booking is confirmed only after the Rs. 99 booking confirmation fee has been successfully paid and verified by our system.
• Unpaid reservations are held for a limited time and then released automatically.
• The booking fee is deducted from the total price. The remaining balance is payable at the time of the appointment.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change from time to time. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that booking.

4. Health and suitability

You must inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, skin conditions or pregnancy before the session. The therapist may decline or adapt a treatment if it is not suitable. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

5. Conduct

All clients must follow our Professional Conduct Policy. Inappropriate requests, language or behaviour will result in the session being ended immediately without refund, and future bookings may be refused.

6. Home service

For home service you must provide a safe, private space suitable for a massage table and ensure an adult is present where appropriate. The therapist may decline to start a session if the environment is unsafe.

7. Lateness and no-shows

If you are late, the session may be shortened so the next appointment is not delayed; the full price still applies. Missed appointments are treated as late cancellations under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering our services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for outcomes resulting from information not disclosed to your therapist.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your booking applies.
