Booking
Choose a service and duration, select your therapist, pick home service or our spa, choose a date and time, and pay the Rs. 99 booking confirmation fee. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
The Rs. 99 booking confirmation fee secures your appointment slot and reduces no-shows. It is deducted from your total — you pay only the remaining balance at the time of your appointment.
The remaining balance is paid at the time of your appointment. Your confirmation email shows the exact amount.
Yes. After choosing a service you will see the therapists qualified to provide it, with their experience, specialties and prices.
Yes. Use the My Booking page to request a cancellation or a new time at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Services
No. Therapeutic massage supports relaxation and wellbeing but does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant, please consult your doctor first and tell your therapist before the session.
Your therapist will briefly discuss your needs, any areas to focus on or avoid, and your preferred pressure. You will be appropriately draped with clean linen at all times, and you can ask your therapist to adjust or stop at any moment.
Home Service
A quiet, private space with enough room for a massage table (around 2m × 1m). Your therapist brings the table, fresh linen and oils.

Policies
Yes. Relax Spa Massage Center provides strictly professional, non-sexual therapeutic massage. Any inappropriate request or behaviour results in the immediate end of the session without refund. Please read our Professional Conduct Policy.
We only collect what we need to manage your booking, protect it with industry-standard security, and never sell your data. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and are never stored by us.
