Professional Conduct Policy

Relax Spa Massage Center provides professional, strictly non-sexual therapeutic massage and wellness services only. This policy protects both our clients and our therapists.

Our commitment to you

• Every therapist behaves professionally, respectfully and courteously.
• You will be appropriately draped with clean linen at all times; only the area being treated is uncovered.
• Your therapist will explain the treatment, check your comfort and pressure preferences, and stop or adjust at your request at any time.
• Your privacy and dignity are respected throughout the session.
• You may request a therapist of the same gender, subject to availability.

What we ask of clients

• Requests of a sexual nature, inappropriate comments or gestures, or any form of harassment are strictly prohibited.
• Please be respectful, sober and courteous.
• Tell your therapist about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before the session.
• For home visits, provide a safe and private space; an adult should be present at the address where appropriate.

Zero-tolerance enforcement

If a client breaches this policy, the therapist will end the session immediately. No refund will be given, future bookings will be refused, and serious incidents may be reported to the authorities.

Raising a concern

If you are ever uncomfortable with any aspect of your session, tell your therapist immediately or contact us after the session. We take every concern seriously and handle it confidentially.
